Cancel the next renewal while preserving existing trial or paid access. Cancellation does not refund payments or waive issued invoices.

COMPLIMENTARY ACCESS
Grant a lifetime licence
Create a free key for anyone, including someone who has never used Trove. No signup, payment, or renewal is required. One family can activate up to five Mac and Windows computers.
After creating the key, copy it or choose Send key by email. Creating a key does not send an email automatically. Using the same recipient email again returns their existing key. For accounts with billing history, Trove checks Stripe first. Ended subscriptions with resolved invoices can be converted while keeping the existing key and computers.
Share this key privately with the recipient. They can paste it into Trove’s activation window immediately. To manage or replace computers later, they can sign in at grabtrove.com/account with the recipient email above. Signing in is optional for using the app.
VERIFIED INVOICES
Billing summary
Dates select invoice payment or due day. Currency and live/test totals stay separate. Platform and app-version filters do not affect billing.
Collected amounts include tax, not net revenue or payouts. Fees and disputes are not deducted. Recorded refunds may arrive later; failed-payment history starts with observed failure events.

Complete licence cohorts retain their original assignment. Conversion requires a confirmed first payment.
